“We wanted them to know that this is something special, that they’re part of something special,” says franchise industry veteran and COO Scott Hoots. “I’ve been around for a while, and I can tell you that there aren’t many brands that have opened so many locations in such a short time. It’s a testament to our franchisees’ belief and dedication to our mission to help improve people’s lives by providing pain relief without surgery or prescription pills.

“We were speechless when the company founders and the entire management team walked through our doors!” says Katherine Preston, QC Kinetix Patient Advisor in Mishawaka. “It was very flattering that they took the time to step up and support our openness. It is an alternative to surgery, NSAIDs and painkillers which mask the pain but do not solve the problem. For patients seeking relief from pain due to musculoskeletal injury, chronic joint pain, or hip, knee, back, or shoulder pain, regenerative procedures are the next frontier of treatment.

“That’s the direction medicine and patient care are going,” says Preston. “Surgery is traumatic with longer recovery, and painkillers are addictive. The whole industry needs a modern way to treat pain and patients, and that’s it. The day of opening has been busy all day and our schedules are full, people are so excited to have these treatments available to them.

Former Dallas Cowboy great and NFL MVP, Emmitt Smith is the official spokesperson for QC Kinetix.
